*Nutritional education/guidance/support. Easy to use nutrition plan. I will ensure you are eating optimal amounts of protein, fats, and carbs to prime your body’s ability to burn as much fat as possible over the 12 weeks. We will also make adjustments along the way
*Choose from 2 workout options. 3 day a week HIIT/Bootcamp style or 5 day a week workout plan.
*I will help you every step of the way. Providing support, guidance, motivation, and most importantly accountability via weekly weigh-ins and food journal reviews. Access to a Private Facebook Group where your peers and myself will help keep you motivated and supported throughout the 12 weeks. Share stories, successes, struggles, motivation, favorite recipes ect Weekly information on mindset training and new habit formation

RULES AND REGULATIONS •
Challenge starts May1st • You must pre-register by April 22, 2019.
• You must submit a “before” photo, before May1st, 2019
• The winner will be selected by a panel and the review process will be based on a combination of weight loss, inches loss, muscle built and overall body composition change. Not one aspect is more important than the other, we are looking for healthy changes that will last you a life time as well as your own personal story.
• All registrant’s before and after photos may be used in marketing campaigns, and therefore a photo release is required.
• Before and after photos need to be in the same posed position, front and sideways, wearing either tight clothing or in a sports bra and pants or shorts.
• At The end of the challenge will be required to submit a short paragraph regarding how this transformation has impacted you positively. This will also be used in the judging process.
• Please share at least 6 social media posts (they do not need to be gym selfies; they can be any workout or health and fitness related photo) during the 12 week challenge and use the hashtag #janveauxelitetraining12weektransformation and either tag Janveaux Fitness (facebook) or Janveaux Elite Training Instagram. These posts may be shared.
